hey hey~ i'm back with another entry~!!!
okay, i shall do a relatively concise one cuz i have been laggin in the entries.
22nd May 2007 - 5th May 2007

to start off, here's me standing infront of my house door, and that's my house number.
on the 24th, before the pier was fully opened for the season, the admission gang was doing cleaning, again... and this time, we're cleaning the teacups. and things were boring, and we were practically slacking and moving our hands with our earphone plugged in our ears, filling our time with music rather than cleaning work.
i forgot whether i had talked about this before but there was once when the admission gang was called to test-run the go karts. and we got so bored of waiting and we dashed into the maze ride which was not opened yet and were happily enjoying the playing. and then, we got caught and got a bit of reprimand and stuff~ hahaha
and this time, the admission got into the same shit~ hahhaha we got so bored cleaning the teacups and we ended up playing and spinning the teacups and taking pictures and stuff. and, well, history does repeat, our high pitching (admission is 99% girls) laughs and giggling had alert the supervisor and once again, we got some warnings and stuff~ hahahha who cares~ the admission gang likes to play~ hahahha
here're the pics:

Yitsun, me (Singapore), Lavinia, Cora, Vivian (China) & Pin (Thailand)
finally, when we were about to knock off and were clocking out, i spotted a little cutie at a corner of the associate corner~ it's a cute little brown kitten with baby blue eyes~ she (preferably) was so small and scared. when i first spotted her, she was standing on the edge of the boardwalk and it scared the hell outta me that she might fall down to the basement floor, which is very low underneath... not having a second thought, i just grabbed her away from the edge and put her onto the table. she was soooooo scared and sad i could tell from her innocent bluish eyes. she must had gotten lost from her mama. Trembling from fright and the cold weather, i called all the admission chingus to come give her warmth by placing our hands (which were rather cold too) on her body.... sayang-ing her and talking to her... she seemed to calm down a bit and not figeting too much... kitty tried to say something to me, but it seemed like her mama haven taught her meowing. her meowing was like immature and didn't sound like a cat...

isn't she
cute? can u see her innocent blue eyes? with the desperate yearn to go back home with mama?
oooooh~ if only i can bring her back home...
at last, we counld do nothing but to put her back onto the floor and let her go find her mama in her own ways. basically, she had no sense of direction and was immediately in a lost state when i placed her on the ground... but there's nothing we can do... no matter how worried i was, i still have to let her go and while observing her for quite some time, she was still crying out in her unlike-cat meowing and had no answers at all... i had to leave, so i can only pray for her that her mama would find her soon... my friends said that that's how stray kittens should be, so that they can learn to live in the harsh environment...
okay, i believe the kitty is now staying happily by her mama's side... let's talk about food~ yitsun and i were just plain princesses at home where we need not cook a meal nor do house chores for the entire house. so over here, every cooking is consider a great achievement for both of us, and by honouring that, we take pictures of the food we cook~ hahaha (well, kinda show off, but nevertheless, i also needa show my family that i'm eating well =)

soup noodles (tasted like Ban Mian) with shrimps, lettuce, and egg.

tasty breakfast = muffin bread with ham and egg, and cereal with milk

porridge with fried lettuce with pork slices, canned tau si fish (i dunno it's exact named) and very sour (ecks*) but 100% pure orange juice...

rice with fried lettuce with garlic, and chicken chop. (yea, i luv rice!) see that cuppa kopi on the top right hand corner? that's my life saver for each and every day. i brewed it well. =)

this is fried rice, but it doesn't taste like it. hai~ i think it's consider a failure. we put in left-over rice, egg, ham, lettuce and some garlic. but it didn't turn out as what a fried rice should be... called mama asked about it and she just said " 炒饭没那么容易的, 要有技巧的! " hahaha
let's jump to 31st of June... the Thais are leaving, cuz their colleges are starting much earlier than ours... and it was Pin's last day at work on that day. we took photos:

the invincible admission gang: Yitsun, Cora, Pin, Por, Vivian and me.
* about to start work for the day *
at the end of the day, we dragged Mig, a Thai admission guy who likes to act cool and wear shades all day. hahaha so this photo is rather precious~

the Thais were great people and they're very friendly and welcoming. they were the ones who had first arrived in morey's and were the ones who taught the rest of us the admission stuff. we went to their house and they were so 好客.they opened up canned fruits for us, make food for us and even give us lots of food and gifts. we gave them cards to say goodbye and were purely paying a visit to them, but it turned out that we were actually having supper at their place. hahahaha we stayed till late night and were visiting the rest of the admission gang in other house. it was a fun night and people were just laughing and sharing all kinds of gossips (well, that's what girls do & remb, admission is 99% girls~) hahaha
moving on, on the 3rd of June, Wildwood was raining... we just wish that the pier is closing for that day. but we were put into our booths, on standby mode, sitting down doing nothing and get paid. eventually, bout 2 hr later, the rain got heavier and the piers had called it a day. yea~! we're off~ and guess wat? morey's piers sponsored the 2nd Radio Disney Music Festival and the concert was on that very day, kicking off at 2pm. it was 1+pm when we were off and the admission was the only department that can get hold of the concert's left over tickets~! the venue was at the Wildwood Convention Center, which is a few blocks down the boardwalk. the concert featured Jesse McCartney and B5. i heard of that Jesse who, but not B5. anyway, the tickets were free and we braved the big winds and rain rushing to the convention centre. only to our surprise that the so-called concert was like a funfair with more than 50% seats empty. the hall was brightly lit with a small stage and a crowd mainly age 11-15. we were sitting quite far away from the stage and not having the intention to move nearer. the kids were there, we just felt out of place with the little children screaming and stuff. hahaha
the music were dances, to us, were just like watching a TV program or listening to the radio. and we were enjoying our snacks and lunch box which we had prepared for the today's supposedly worktime. here're some photos:

nonetheless, this is the first concert that i'd watched since i arrived in United States. worth remembering. Jesse McCartney is not too bad. it's only until he sang Beautiful Soul then i went 'woa, this song is by him?!? haha'.
4th June 2007: i was in doing training in the booth with 小师妹,Irina , from Russia. then i saw my manager walking towards us, with a big parcel and a letter. hehe they're mine. =)
the parcel is from ah xiang and the letter contained my Bank of America debit card. yea~~~ ! it's sweet to see my favourite kimchi instant noodles and 3-in-1 milo drink in the parcel. these are the stuff which can never be found with my perimeter. thanks alot for your deep understanding and warmth!!!!! Brighten my days and i'll eat them well. =) thanks!

okay, a bit outta way, but i still have to post this pic. it commemorates the
third time me and yitsun went to the Cheng's Buffet. it's yummy and cheap, and i'm still not sick of it. it's definitely gonna be the most frequent eatery during our WAT days in Wildwood... hahaha maybe we can get some sort of loyalty discount soon. hahaha

okay random pictures time:

me posing at the back of Wildwood Post Office, where many mail trucks were parked. those trunks are cute~

and this is the Giant Wheel in Mariner's Landing pier. it's really big and i guess it's bigger than Singapore's... i went on the Giant Wheel twice, in day and night time, and it felt really great. when u're up there, the entire Wildwood city is in your eyes. with the seemingly endless Atlantic Ocean and the wide beach on one side, and the city at the other side. but the wind up there is really big and cold....
okay, i'll stop here and will be back soon with an entry on my trip to Cape May. everything is fine here, dun worry. bye bye~!!!
